Formerly a French convalescent home this building was refurbished by a developer in 1999.
All materials needed to be craned in on day one which meant key ordering skills and on site planning. The development and completion of the build lead the one and only other penthouse in this prestigious block to contact Woodmans and request that they renovate their property too!
Woodmans, who worked closely with interior designers William Cotter Designs, completed the major structural works, conversion and renovation – which included a total rewire, design and installation of a new lighting system, new kitchen, bathrooms and a beautiful galleried bedroom along with full internal decoration.
