Work undertaken:
The Company completely remodelled the period property. They transformed the maze of small, dark rooms, demolished the existing extension and rebuild it, undertaking major internal and external alterations.
Woodmans joinery department made all of the external doors, including the front gates which are 3 meters in height and fitted with an electronic opening system and safety sensors.
The lawned roof terrace is accessed via French doors from the family room. The doors open onto a glass walkover roof which provides light into the dining area below. A decking area surrounds the real grass lawn.
Woodmans professionally restored this period property, its Grade II* listing enabled the team to use their wealth of skills to hand craft the new parts of the refurbishment to match the original features.
