Geographical Scope
Our main operations are based around the Brighton area but we have completed work all over the south of England, including a number of major projects in London. Further afield, we have completed work in the south of France.

A well-done project is not a quick fix
The average Woodmans' house renovation is 8-12 weeks, which reflects the quality and care taken to ensure that all of the goals in the project plan are achieved.

If problems do occur they are always dealt with in an open, positive and creative manner to ensure a workable, long-term solution to which our client agrees.

Woodmans' top tips
You may want to consider the follow points before the commencement of your project:

• Do you have relevant permissions?
• Are you restricted by any building regulations?
• Have you full written plans and structural calculations?
• Do you need an architect?
• Have you spoken to relevant affected third parties e.g. neighbours?
• Are you in a position to vacate the property whilst works are carried out, if necessary?
• Have you considered, or do you have, a work schedule?

Being able to provide the answers to these questions is not essential but it allows us to quote on a realistic basis and give a clear indication of time and scale of the project.
